1957 Valley Forge Jamboree Area award medal.
Won by a group from the Hoosier Hills Council in southern
Indiana
in the log rolling competition.
We were Troop 25 and had little experience in log rolling, etc.
The contest comprised peavey rolling, cross-cut sawing, and axe handling.
We were from troops in Seymour, Aurora, and Columbus.
This is a seldom seen item of BSA memorabilia.
