Here is an excellent condition,
1971 Eduardo Ferrer
Classical Guitar. It was hand-built by Eduardo Ferrer in his Granada, Spain workshop.
Eduardo Ferrer was the son of renowned early 20th century luthier Benito Ferrer. Eduardo carried on his father's legacy and made many improvements to the design of classical guitars during his time. Eduardo Ferrer was also responsible for the development of the first Yamaha Grand Concert guitars and teaching three of Japan's premier luthiers for Yamaha. Ferrer's standards for build quality are as high as any of Madrid's or Barcelona's famed guitar makers of his era.
The overall condition of this guitar is very good. This hand crafted guitar was built using solid Indian Rosewood for the back and sides, a Cedar neck and a Spruce top. The original Ferrer rosette in excellent condition.
There were several hairline cracks in the top which were all professionally repaired. There were no cracks in the back or sides of this guitar. The entire guitar was refinished using Lacquers for excellent resonance.
Scale length on this guitar is 664 millimeters. This scale length gives the guitar excellent power. Nut width is 54 millimeters. The fretboard and frets are in very good condition. Action on the 12th fret low E string is 4.0 millimeters and the 12th fret high E string measures 3.5 millimeters.
The original label is in excellent condition.
This guitar has Gold Gotoh high ratio tuning keys installed. They are in very good condition and hold tune well.
The guitar will be carefully packed and shipped in a good condition hard shell case inside a sturdy box.
