    This large 5'8" x 33" Red, Green and Off White Flag was found in my grandmother's house in Idyllwild, CA. It has Wales barely legible written on the side bit on the flag - pls see pics.
    My grandma traveled with the orchestra in '64 as a chaperone and ended up with the flag. The card shows the info on the flags provenance and the back shows the USC I.S.O.M.A.T.A. campus map.
    I do not know the material but I would guess it is either a linen or a stiff cotton - still kinda stiff guessing never washed.
