For existing Hapimag members:
Hapimag High-Season (HS) Points that can immediately be redeemable in booking reservations for USD per point (available in lots of 60 points at 0 per lot).
For non-Hapimag members:
Transfer of up to 4 Residential Shares for free with the purchase of entire point balance available (at check-out, please let me know if you are interested in the membership option – more details below).
A night of stay ranges from 2 to 39 points (plus fees & taxes), depending on location, season, number of rooms, and room type. Please see Points Table attached among the pictures for the current point schedule for valid until October 2020 . Please also see the Validity tables for the offered points which are set to expire between April 2020 and April 2026.

How does Hapimag work?

as founded more than 55 years ago with the cooperative idea “invest together - enjoy individually”
Members become a part of the community and receive access to the holiday world of Hapimag by purchasing Hapimag shares.
Members receive residence points every year, which can be used to book holidays
Members will receive 60 residential points per share every year. In return, an annual fee is due (as of 2020: CHF 338.40 per year or CHF 5.64 per point).
Other details
If you become a member, with the purchase of Hapimag Classic shares, you acquire residential rights for 58 Hapimag resorts, become co-owners of Hapimag real estate and receive voting rights for the annual general meeting. This enables you to have a say in the direction in which Hapimag develops.
You can travel yourself, but your friends, relatives and acquaintances can also travel with your points.
You pay an annual contribution per share and receive 60 residential points per year, every year (this is in additional to the
1,377
points described above). The residence points are valid for five years before they expire.
If you own three or more shares, you will receive a discount on your annual subscription. With three to four shares you receive 5% on all annual contributions, with five to six shares 10% and from seven shares 15%.
For every CHF 250 spent in the resorts you will receive one living point credited as a loyalty bonus.
The additional costs for electricity, cleaning and service are paid per stay directly at the resort
The contract has a first term of three years. The term begins on the following January 1st. after the year of purchase. With Hapimag Classic, you pay the annual contribution for the year of acquisition and the three subsequent years for four years. After that, the right of residence can be terminated flexibly. The annual fee no longer applies and you will no longer receive any additional point credits. You can reactivate the residential right at any time or pass on the share
