When booking less than 8 months prior to check in no one can guarantee a view. Having said that, the Villas North is designed in such a way that NO ONE looks upon a road or parking lot – most villas are ocean view.
I do not discount my rates unless you are booking multiple weeks or villas.

The resort itself is located directly on Kaanapali Beach.  The Westin Villas North offers four swimming pools - one reserved for adults only and one for kids only, two outdoor spas, stainless steel gas grills with outdoor dining, the Keiki Club, the Keiki Courtyard (with a variety of family activities), the Spa Helani, two restaurants and a general/gift store. Beach activities available include kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel, snuba, floaters and many water accessories.

With less than 8 months advance booking, NO ONE can guarantee a specific view; however, my
5 Star Elite status
has the highest influence available within the Starwood Vacation Ownership Network, which means I am your best chance to secure an oceanview 8 months or less prior to booking.  Contact me with the week(s) and the unit size you want and I will call and book for you.
The reservation will be made and confirmed in your name.  Payment must be made via PayPal within 24 hours after receiving your reservation confirmation e-mail. You can call the resort directly, anytime, to re-confirm your reservation yourself

There are no booking fees.  Parking at the resort is free.
There will be hotel taxes payable directly to the resort of .77/night for the studio or one bedroom and .55/night for the entire two bedroom.
ALL guests of the resort (even the owners) pay these charges.
