You are bidding on a NEAT SEAL / SEA LION Blow-Molded Zoo Souvenir toy.
The seal is an older mold-set dating back to the late 1960's and has been used at countless Zoos around the country for many many years including St. Louis Zoo, Brookfield, LA, and many others!
This Seal/Sea Lion is LIGHT ORANGE in color!
He stands nearly 3 1/2  inches tall and his base is about 3 1/2 inches long.
