    IN 1975 KENNER INTRODUCED AN ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONAL FIGURE FOR THE SCOUT HIGH ADVENTURE LINE. THERE WAS A MAIL-IN OFFER FOR “BILL SCOUT”. BILL SCOUT WORE A SUMMER CLASS B UNIFORM WHICH CONSISTED OF SHORTS, A T-SHIRT, AND SHOES.
    THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE UBER RARE 1975-75 MAIL IN PREMIUM BILL SCOUT KENNER ACTION FIGURE. NOT SOLD IN STORES. YOU NEEDED TO CUT OUT ADVENTURE STARS FROM STEVE SCOUT BOXES TO REDEEM THESE PRIZES.
    FIGURE IS COMPLETE WEARING THE ORIGINAL SUMMER UNIFORM.
